903.02 COMPLIANCE WITH SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS.

In order to have all sidewalks in the streets and alleys within the City constructed and repaired in a reasonably uniform manner throughout the City, all such sidewalks hereafter to be laid and all repairing hereafter to be done shall be done in conformity with the requirements of this Chapter.
