753.12 INSPECTION COORDINATION.

The Director shall coordinate with the Ohio Department of Health to ensure that state inspections (announced or unannounced) of an ASF are performed in accordance with state law, regulations and administrative code provisions. (Ord. 94-99. Passed 3-13-00.)
