751.21 PENALTY.
   (a)   Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Section 303.99.
   (b)   Each day that a sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation. (Ord. 33-99. Passed 4-26-99.)
