In case of the refusal to issue a license or renewal or the revocation or suspension of license by the Building Commissioner the applicant or licensee may appeal from such order to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals. Notice of such appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Director of Community Development within ten (10) days after the making of such order. (Ord. 91-19. Passed 12-9-19.)
