748.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor for the second offense of subsequent offenses.
