725.04 FEE.

A fee shall be paid for each permit wherein live animals, power-driven concessions and/or amusement rides and devices are to be operated. Such fee shall be in accordance with Section 1321.05 of the Codified Ordinances and is intended to defray the expenses of City inspections and supervision.
