725.02 LOCATION NEAR RESIDENCES RESTRICTED.

A permit for such circus, carnival or like outdoor amusement concession shall not be granted unless the grounds of operation are not less than fifteen hundred (1500) lineal feet from the nearest adjacent home or other residential building.
