709.16 MISCELLANEOUS.

If in the judgment of the Building Commissioner it is necessary or desirable, the owner or operator of a gaming room shall be ordered to provide necessary security personnel to properly maintain peace and safety. The attendant in charge of a gaming room shall be a person of twenty-one (21) years of age or older. (Ord. 91-19. Passed 12-9-19.)
