709.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.

No person shall open, conduct, maintain or operate a gaming room within the City unless such person shall have first been duly licensed for such purpose, provided, however, that the provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to private residence or schools.
