Whereas, the City of Rocky River shares jurisdiction and control of Tri-City Park with the cities of Westlake and Fairview Park, the following rules and regulations for Tri-City Park are hereby established.
(a) Hours. Tri-City Park shall be open from sunrise until sunset. The hours set forth herein may be extended by the Director of Public Safety-Service of the City of Rocky River.
(b) Motor Vehicles.
(1) Motor vehicles shall be operated on vehicular roadways and shall obey all traffic control devices. Where no such roadway exists, all four-wheel vehicles shall park in designated marked areas and all two (2) and three (3) wheel motor vehicles, motorized bicycles, all-purpose vehicles, mini bikes, all-terrain bikes and snowmobiles will park in such designated marked areas as posted. No such vehicles shall park in areas where prohibited by posted "No Parking" signs, or by order of Law Enforcement Officers and/or the Director of Public Safety-Service.
(2) No motor vehicles shall be operated on any grassy areas or in any wooded areas; nor be operated off any such roadways; nor shall any operator be in physical control of any motor vehicle off of the roadway or designated parking areas.
(3) No motor vehicle shall be parked after sunset at the Tri-City Park.
(c) Animals.
(1) Dogs or any domestic animals must be on a leash and shall not run at large in Tri-City Park.
(2) Dogs and other domestic animals are prohibited from children's playground areas.
(3) The owner or person in charge of any dog or domestic animal which defecates on park property shall remove all feces and dispose of same in a sanitary manner.

(d) Alcohol. The possession or consumption of any intoxicating liquor, malt liquor or beer is prohibited.
(e) Golf. Golf, the practice of golf and the swinging of golf clubs are prohibited in the park. (Ord. 72-85. Passed 4-14-86.)
(f) Enforcement. Law Enforcement Officers or other duly appointed officials of the cities of Rocky River, Westlake and Fairview Park shall enforce provisions of this Chapter.
(g) Penalty. The enforcement penalty for any violations of the provisions of this section shall be applied pursuant to Section 501.99
of these Codified Ordinances.
