(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to
§
10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) The Commission, as outline in § 31.59, may fine any person who intentionally violates any provision of § 30.03 in an amount of not less than $1,001 and not more than $5,000. The Commission may fine any person who knowingly files a frivolous complaint alleging a violation of §§ 31.55 through 31.59 in any amount of not less than $1,001 and not more than $5,000. The Commission may recommend any appropriate discipline up to and including discharge.
(2) A complaint alleging the violation of § 31.59 must be filed within one year after the alleged violation.
