§ 153.01 AUTHORITY AND TITLE.
   This chapter is adopted in pursuance of the authority granted by the 1992 Compiled Statutes of the State of Illinois, 55 ILCS 5/5-1041. This chapter shall be known, and may be cited and referred to as, the “Subdivision Resolution of Rock Island County, Illinois” or “this chapter.”
