§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.13 shall be guilty of a petty offense, punishable by a fine of not to exceed $1,000. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
