§ 52.10 NOTIFICATION OF CONSUMER.

   (A)   Upon identification of a hazard or hazard potential, as defined in §§ 52.06 and 52.07, the Public Utilities Director shall notify the consumer of record of the property on which the hazard exists of the following:

      (1)   Location of hazard;

      (2)   Nature of hazard observed;

      (3)   Date hazard observed;

      (4)   Section of code applicable; and

      (5)   Requirements of code.

   (B)   Such notification to be made by certified mail, with return receipt requested.
