§ 91.17 DOGS NOT AFFECTED.

   (A)   Dogs on the beach in the City of Rockaway Beach shall be considered and subject to the definition of a dog at-large as defined under §§ 91.15 and 91.17, excepting when accompanied by and under the control of its owner or person having the care, custody or possession of the dog.

   (B)   A guide dog being used by a blind person will be exempt from §§ 91.15 and 91.17.

   (C)   A police dog in performance of its duty while on patrol accompanied by an officer.
