§ 70.081 SKATEBOARD OPERATING RULES.

   No person shall:

   (A)   Ride a skateboard on a sidewalk, walkway, path, porch or pedestrian area within the area of North Third Street to South Third Street and from the Pacific Ocean to Coral Street in the city; and

   (B)   Leave or park a skateboard on a sidewalk or walkway.
