§ 70.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Violation of this chapter is punishable by a fine in an amount set by City Council from time to time.

   (B)   Violation of §§ 70.035 et seq. is punishable by fine in an amount set by City Council from time to time, or confinement in the city jail not to exceed 10 days, or both fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   Violation of §§ 70.055 et seq. and §§ 70.080 et seq. is punishable by fine in an amount set by City Council from time to time.

   (D)   A fee in an amount set by City Council from time to time shall be charged to the owner of any bicycle or skateboard impounded under this chapter prior to its return to its owner.
