§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The city may proceed against the person violating this chapter in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   (B)   Each day of violation of a provision of this chapter constitutes a separate offense.
   (C)   As an additional remedy, the city may impose a fine of the greater of $500 per day per violation or the cost of any expense, loss, cost of repair or damage occasioned by the city arising by reason of the violation, including the costs of the city's attorneys fees, whichever is greater.
   (D)   The city shall have all other remedies available to it by law.
   (E)   Failure to connect to the sewer system and all other violations of this chapter may be punishable by a fine of not more than $100 and each day of the violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
