The city shall be given reasonable notice to allow inspection of a sewer connection before completion, and while the connections are still uncovered. All work is to be done in accordance with the specifications contained in the permit and shall meet state plumbing codes. The manner of the connection shall be subject to the approval of the city official designated to inspect the work.
