§ 111.08 REVOCATION OF LICENSE UPON NONCOMPLIANCE.

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, if any of the provisions of this chapter are not being complied with, the Chief of Police shall cause the offending auction to be discontinued, and the Mayor shall revoke its license in the manner provided by law; after such license is revoked, no portion of the license fee shall be refundable.
