§ 111.05 FALSE BIDDERS, CAPPERS AND PUFFERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to whom an auctioneer's license has been issued to use false bidders, cappers or puffers.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      FALSE BIDDERS, CAPPERS or PUFFERS. Persons with whom an arrangement or understanding exists that they shall simulate the acts of any interested bidder and shall enhance the bids, start the bidding, bid a prepared price for an article or by trickery to induce others to bid during an auction.
