§ 97.10 REPLACEMENT OF TREES REMOVED.
   The Tree Board shall have the authority to replace any tree removed pursuant to § 97.07. Any tree replaced shall comply with § 97.02 Tree Species to be Planted and § 97.03 Spacing of Street Trees.
