(A) Unless another penalty is expressly provided, whoever violates any provision of this title and any other traffic ordinance of the city shall be punished as provided for in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) The penalty for violating § 70.08 shall be that imposed by the laws of the state or the city with regard to the particular violation committed; provided, however, for any violation, the Commission of which has not been unlawful under prior statute or ordinance, upon conviction, the violator shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500. (C) The penalty for violating § 70.09 shall be that imposed by the laws of the state or the city with regard to the particular violation committed; provided, however, for any violation, the Commission of which has not been unlawful under prior statute or ordinance, upon conviction, the violator shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500.
