(A) All traffic regulations of the state and the city shall be enforceable by officers of the Police Department of the city with regard to all motor vehicles, drivers and occupants thereof which shall be operated or found upon the property of the Rochester Community School Corporation; it shall be unlawful to violate the traffic regulations.
(B) The speed limit for all motorized vehicles on school drives and access roadways shall be as posted by appropriate sign, but not to exceed 25 miles per hour. The speed limit for all motorized vehicles on other school property, including parking lot areas shall not exceed 15 miles per hour.
(C) All regular and appropriate directional signs, including stop, yield and one-way signs shall be complied with and enforced in the same manner as if placed upon the streets and highways of the city and state.
(D) No unauthorized vehicles shall be permitted off of the roadways on school properties.
(E) The operations of snowmobiles, go-carts, off-the-road vehicles and all other similar motorized vehicles on school property is prohibited.
(F) Driving or parking on school property shall be limited to those vehicles operated by individuals who are attending school or school functions, on official school business, or participating in approved recreational activities on the school site or property.
