(A) All traffic regulations of the state and the city shall be enforced by officers of the Police Department of the city with regard to all motor vehicles, drivers, and occupants thereof, which shall be operated upon or found upon the property of Rochester Plaza Shopping Center. It shall be unlawful to violate any of the ordinances of the city concerning traffic regulations or any statutes of the State of Indiana concerning traffic regulations on the property.
(B) The speed limit for all motorized vehicles on Rochester Plaza Shopping Center property shall be limited as may be hereafter posted by any appropriate signs but in any event shall not exceed 15 miles per hour on the property.
(C) All appropriate directional signs and all stop, yield, or one-way signs which shall be properly placed upon the property shall be complied with and enforced in the same manner as if placed upon the streets and highways of the city.
(D) The operation of snowmobiles, go-carts, off-the-road vehicles and all other similar motorized vehicles on the property of Rochester Plaza Shopping Center is prohibited.
(E) Driving or parking on Rochester Plaza Shopping Center property shall be limited to those vehicles operated by persons who are shopping or otherwise transacting business with a tenant or business occupant of Rochester Plaza Shopping Center.
