(A) Within 48 hours after the work described in § 52.030 has been inspected and found satisfactory by the Superintendent of the Waterworks, the plumber shall make out on a blank furnished him by the city, an accurate return to the Superintendent setting out the location of the premises in reference to the street on which the same fronts, the number of the house, if any, the name of the owner or occupant of the premises, and in plain writing all the uses, both ordinary and special, to which the water is designed to be applied; the failure on the part of any plumber to do so shall be grounds to revoke his certificate of registration.
(B) The plumber shall in no case be allowed to deliver such return to the owner or occupant of the premises, but must in all cases deliver the same to the Superintendent.
