2-2-5: PREVIOUS PLAN COMMISSION:
The plan commission hereby created shall, for all intents and purposes, be considered a continuation of the previous plan commission. Those members serving unexpired terms on the commission shall be appointed to similar unexpired terms on the commission hereby created, with their consent. (Ord. 143, 7-21-1969; amd. 1982 Code)
