The village engineer shall be the enforcement officer of this chapter. One of the primary duties of the enforcement officer shall be to review all watershed development applications and issue permits that are in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The enforcement officer shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Included as appendix E of the Lake County watershed development ordinance, adopted herein by reference, is a delineation of the requirements and duties accepted by the village and its village engineer.
