The subdivider shall reimburse the Village for engineering fees and for inspection of subdivision improvements during their course of construction. The Board of Trustees shall obtain an estimate from the Village Engineer of the cost of any such engineering and inspection expenses and require a deposit from the subdivider in the amount of such estimate before incurring the engineering and inspection fees involved.
