10-5-8: SITE GRADING PLAN:

The subdivider shall supply, with the plans and specifications, a grading plan showing elevations on USGS datum of the center line roadway elevations, top of house foundation elevations, and lot corner elevations for all lots and buildings within the subdivision. The grading plan shall also show all site grading necessary for storm water control. (Ord. 272, 3-20-1978)
