A. Neither the village president, the ESDA coordinator, nor members of the ESDA shall receive compensation from the village for their services in the ESDA, but this provision shall not affect their compensation authorized by the village for other services to the village or their compensation for activities related to the ESDA as otherwise provided by law.
B. If members of the ESDA who are paid employees or officers of the village are called for training by the director of the IEMA, then they shall receive for time spent in such training the same rate of pay as they may receive from the village while performing their regular duties and obligations for the village.
C. Members of the ESDA who are neither employees or officers of the village shall receive for such training time only such compensation as may be provided by law. (Ord. 14-11-25, 11-18-2014)
