2-1-4: EMERGENCY ACTION:

If the governor declares that an emergency exists in the event of a disaster, as defined in the IEMA act, then it shall be the duty of the ESDA to cooperate fully with the IEMA in the provision of emergency services as provided in the IEMA act. (Ord. 14-11-25, 11-18-2014)
