2-1-3: AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS:

The ESDA coordinator may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other municipal corporations or political subdivisions of the state for reciprocal aid and assistance, pursuant to law, but no such agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the village board.
