The subdivider shall meet with the affected school district or districts and determine the needs based on the demographic study which may be required to be submitted with the preliminary plat. As a condition of approval of the final plat, a letter of agreement between the school district and/or districts and the subdivider shall be forwarded to the Plan Commission for their recommendation to the Board of Trustees.
