10-2-3-1: FILING:
Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Board of Trustees, the subdivider shall submit to the Village Clerk for distribution at least ten (10) days prior to the Plan Commission meeting:
   A.   Eighteen (18) copies of each of the following, to be distributed as follows: Plan Commission, eight (8); President and Board of Trustees, seven (7); Village Attorney, one; Village Engineer, one; one copy to be noted in "Communications Received" and retained for the Village files:
      1.   Application for final plat, Form 3 (shown in Chapter 6 of this Title).
      2.   Final plat of proposed subdivision.
   B.   Three (3) copies of each of the following to be distributed to the Plan Commission:
      1.   Plans and specifications of the improvements required therein.
      2.   Agreements.
      3.   Completion guarantee.
      4.   Bond.
      5.   Current title commitment.
   C.   Review Fees: Estimated costs for review of the final plat shall be obtained from the Village Engineer and Village Attorney. Estimated review costs shall be required of the subdivider and held in an escrow account until such payment is required. Payment from the escrow account to the Village shall be made prior to approval of the final plat.
