The application shall be in the method shown in Form 1 (Chapter 6 of this Title), eighteen (18) copies to be distributed as follows: Plan Commission, eight (8); President and Board of Trustees, seven (7); Village Clerk noting in "Communications Received", one; Village Attorney, one; Village Engineer, one. The application and other documents shall be filed with the Clerk at least ten (10) days prior to a regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting to be considered at that meeting.
