Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any provision of this Title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, plus its court filing costs. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 272, 3-20-78)
