10-1-10: RECORD OF PLATS:

All plats of subdivision and other documents submitted and approved, as provided in this Title, and recorded, shall be copied after recording by the Village Attorney and be filed with the Village Clerk. The fee for recording the plat shall be paid by the subdivider. (Ord. 272, 3-20-78)
