The Village Attorney is vested with the following authority and responsibilities in regard to subdivision control:
A. Review all contracts, bonds, plats, covenants, and such other singular documents as may be required herein, and provide such certification as required.
B. Forward to the Village Clerk a written statement of estimated charges for review of the plat and supporting documentation, to be paid by the subdivider. (Ord. 272, 3-20-78)
