10-1-6-3: ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals is vested with the following authority and responsibilities in regard to subdivision control:
   A.   Receive from the Plan Commission for review all preliminary plats with any noted variations.
   B.   Forward to the Plan Commission all preliminary plats with recommendation concerning variations. (Ord. 272, 3-20-78)
