1-12-12: SEPARABILITY:

It is the intention of the Village Board that this Chapter and every provision thereof shall be considered separable, and the validity of any section, clause, provision or part or portion of any section, clause or provision of this Chapter shall not affect the validity of any portion of the Chapter. (Ord. 84-8-23, 8-20-84)
