Section 4 of the Freedom of Information Act requires all public bodies to display certain information and make the same available to the public for inspection and copying. The brief description of the Village, the short summary of its purpose, the block diagram with its functional subdivisions, and the amount of the operating budget, all of which is set forth in a certain pamphlet which is on file with the Village Clerk dated July 1, 1984, be and the same is hereby authorized and approved, and the Village Clerk is authorized and directed to make the same available to the general public for inspection and photocopying during normal office hours.
