Compliance with the provisions of this chapter is a condition of the approval for the building or demolition permit issued for any covered project, whether or not stated in the permit. When submitting for a building or demolition permit, the applicant must provide to the village the name and contact information for a recycling agent, indicate how much material will be diverted and such other background information as the director finds necessary to monitor the applicant's compliance with this chapter.
