8-10-7: CONDITIONS OF OPERATION:

It shall be unlawful to operate a racing or game track for profit and/or to charge for use. It shall be unlawful to use a racing or game track from six o'clock (6:00) P.M. until eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. (Ord. 97-8-11, 8-19-1997; amd. Ord. 07-4-6, 4-17-2007)
