8-10-2: DEFINITION:
A "racing or game track" is any surface, more than ten feet (10') in length, formed by dirt, clay, wood, cement or other hard artificial surface which is raised in part or in whole above the surface of the ground in order to create banked turns, bumps, obstacles and similar features to be used for competition or games involving the use of roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards, bicycles or other wheeled equipment.
