The following sections of the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code are hereby added, amended, revised, and changed as follows:
General Amendments
Wherever the phrase "[name of jurisdiction]" or the word "jurisdiction" appear, they shall refer to the Village of Riverwoods.
Wherever the phrase "Code Official" or "Department of Building Inspection" appears, it shall refer to the Village of Riverwoods, Director of Community Services or his designated agent(s).
Whenever there is a reference to the "Village of Riverwoods Fee Schedule" or any other general reference to fees or charges, it shall mean the then-current ordinance of the Village setting forth fees, charges, and other costs payable to the Village relating to activities covered by, and the administration of, this Code. To the extent that fees are set forth in this Chapter that are different than the then-current ordinance of the Village setting forth fees, charges, and other costs payable to the Village relating to activities covered by, and the administration of, this Code, the fees set forth in the then-current ordinance of the Village setting forth fees, charges, and other costs shall control.
Section 101.1 Insert The Village of Riverwoods.
Section 106.6.2 Fee Schedule. Delete the text and replace with the following: See the of Village of Riverwoods Fee Schedule.
Section 108.4 Violation Penalties. Delete the sentence in its entirety and replace with the following: See the Village of Riverwoods Fee Schedule.
Section 108.5 Stop Work Orders. Delete the words "of not less than [AMOUNT] dollars or more than [AMOUNT] dollars and replace with the following: as set forth in the Village of Riverwoods Fee Schedule.
Section 109 Means of Appeal. Delete the text of the Section in its entirety, including Sections 109.1 - 109.7, and replace with the following language: Appeals shall be made available and pursued in the manner set forth in Section 113 of the ICC Building Code 2015, as amended by the Village Code.
Chapter 8 Referenced Standards:
Delete ICC Electric Code.
Delete International Plumbing Code and insert the Illinois Plumbing Code - 2014. This change affects all references to the International Plumbing Code in the entire code.
Delete the International Sewage Disposal Code.
