8-1-6: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:

If the provisions of any Building, Fire Safety or other published Code adopted by reference in this title shall conflict with each other, the more restrictive provision will control. If the provisions of any Village ordinances regulating site development work within the Village shall conflict with each other, the more restrictive provision will control. (Ord. 07-4-6, 4-17-2007)
