7-3-1: DEFINITION OF SURPLUS REAL ESTATE:
Land which owners have conveyed by quitclaim deed to the village and easements over private property which owners have granted to the village for various public purposes such as installing sidewalks, paths, water mains and sewer mains. (Ord. 06-5-9, 5-2-2006)
