Upon completion of construction, road shoulders shall be graded in conformance with the established grade and be finished by seeding, sodding or graveling as existing circumstances indicate according to the direction and approval of the village.
During construction, it shall be the duty of the contractor to clean the roads of dirt, mud and debris occasioned by said construction.
Upon completion of construction, any visible damage to the road in front of or leading to each lot shall be properly repaired or replaced in accordance with the direction, and subject to the approval of the village. (Ord. 81-12-13, 12-21-1981)
