It is unlawful for any person to install, erect, maintain or operate any floodlight, spotlight, security light or other form or type of light fixture in any residential zoning district of the village of Riverwoods in such a manner that the light rays from such floodlight, spotlight, security light or other light fixture fail to conform with the terms and conditions of this chapter. Further, it is unlawful for any person to install, erect, maintain or operate any floodlight, spotlight, security light or other form or type of light fixture within the limits of the village of Riverwoods in such manner that the light from such fixture may distract the attention of any vehicle driver from the operation of a vehicle in a safe and prudent manner.
